closeup of the bolster and blade. You can see the raindrop pattern in the steel as well as the Thumb opener with a nice natural garnet placed in it. Also the screw heads have each been hand filed.
this picture shows the filed pattern down the back of the knife. I call this pattern "The Vine" and its a very classy pattern which adds a lot of visual movement to the knife. The patten transfers from the back to the blade for a nice continued patten right out to the tip of the blade.
This picture shows the inside of the knife and how I've filed the same pattern on the inside of the knife. I polish the liners and this reflection allows the pattern inside to almost jump out at you when you see it.
This is the other side of the knife so you can see the Mammoth Ivory on that side as well as the patten in the Damascus.
